My aim as a personal trainer is to explain the benefits of eating for nutrition and develop programs to manoeuvre around health issues. I will identify unique bodily characteristics and implement motivational techniques to suit individual requirements.
I will get my clients to be psychologically prepared and committed to their training with a change in program every six to eight weeks and use a variety of different methods of training
The outcome of all the hard work will be that short and long term goals are achieved and hopefully make you smile!!
